SPA POLICY
THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING FOREVER YOUNG MEDSPA
APPOINTMENT/CANCELLATION
To secure an appointment at Forever Young Medical spa, we require a payment method on file through a secure payment booking service.
We make every effort to remind our clients of their upcoming appointments by phone three to four days in advance. This ensures that our clients have enough time to prepare for their appointments and to make any necessary changes or cancellations. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
Please make all changes/cancellations 48 hours before your appointment. Forever Young Medical spa reserves the right to charge the cost of treatment for all missed appointments. Repeated late cancellations or not showing up for the appointment will require a non-refundable pre-payment for the service.
For second-time offenders, the fee will equal 50% of the reserved services PLUS a $50 rescheduling fee for services. After a second-time offense, rescheduling will not be allowed. The skin expert demands significant time and commitment, given their vast knowledge and expertise.
NEW CLIENT CONSULTATION
We now require a $50 nonrefundable deposit for consultation. The deposit is applied to the service cost
Booking Appointments
We require a payment method on file for all clients. By booking an appointment, you are reserving a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other clients. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and the time of our other clients.
Refund Policy
Treatments and packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. Forever young medical spa reserves the right to offer and recommend alternative spa treatments if the client is not satisfied or if the treatments requested are unavailable. We would offer to fix any issues instead.
We reserve the right to refuse any client or change our product’s prices and our service prices at any time without notice.
